The rooftop pool and wellness amenities, including an infrared sauna, create an exclusive retreat; and ocean-facing event spaces with outdoor terraces offer unique options for business and leisure gatherings, however, some room maintenance should be required. good food italian restaurant natural light room great spot hotel dirty bathroom bathroom chipping paint cupboard no parking parking space
The hotel is in a great spot near the beach. The Italian restaurant had very tasty food. The hotel rooms have plenty of natural light.
The bathroom was quite dirty WITH mould. The cupboards also had chipping paint. I learned the hard way there is NO parking space available.

slow food service missing turndown service
The food service was slow. My breakfast order was incorrect, and it took an unreasonable amount of time to correct it. The promised turndown service never materialized. Despite my specific request at check-in! I found this oversight unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed caliber.

ocean view snorkeling gear beach towels
I had a room with ocean views. It offered a wonderful perspective each morning. the hotel supplied snorkeling gear and towels. this made enjoying the adjacent beach convenient. the provided beach equipment really enhanced my stay...
the mattress protector felt rough, giving the bed a sandy sensation. i informed the manager, but the issue did not seem to elicit much concern.

excellent position helpful staff best food kindly staff zero shade full sun dated rooms high price
the hotel got a excellent position with a view to the beach. the italian restaurant serves the best foods i ever eat and the staff is very helpful and kindly.
the pool have zero shade options and is exposed to the full sun. it meant i can not use it as much as i want, what is a real shame. the rooms is also quite dated and not as fresh as I wants for the price.
